Surviving Redundancy
Downsizing and redundancy is an unfortunate aspect of the current climate; affecting most industries in addition to the Construction Industry. It is therefore particularly important for built environment practitioners to understand UK redundancy laws and how to go about maintaining your career path during and after redundancy.
For this purpose the Construction Industry Council have produced a publication designed to assist built environment practitioners in understanding the UK employment laws in relation to redundancy, seeking financial support and finding the right direction to ensure that your career stays on track.
